Keep teachers, students, and parents in sync with Scholva's timetable module.

Creating a class timetable

  1. Go to Timetables → New Timetable
  2. Choose the class and academic term
  3. Set the working days (Monday to Friday, or custom)
  4. Define periods: number of periods, start/end times, breaks
  5. Click Save

Assigning subjects to periods

  1. Open the timetable
  2. Click an empty period slot
  3. Select a subject and teacher
  4. Click Save
  5. Repeat for all slots

Scholva will warn you if the same teacher is double-booked across different classes at the same time.

Teacher workload

To check how many periods each teacher is assigned:

  1. Go to Timetables → Teacher Workload
  2. Filter by teacher or class
  3. View the summary: total periods, periods per day, subjects taught

Publishing the timetable

A draft timetable is visible only to admins. Once you're happy:

  1. Click Publish
  2. All teachers, students, and parents in the class will see it
  3. Students can view their timetable from the Dashboard → Today's Schedule
