Parent Portal Guide

A guide for parents on how to use Scholva to stay connected with their child's school.

Logging in

1. Go to app.scholva.com
2. Enter the email address you received from the school
3. Enter your password
4. You'll see a dashboard for each child linked to your account

What you can do

View attendance

The Attendance tab shows your child's attendance record, including present/absent days and attendance percentage.

Check grades and results

The Exams tab lists all completed exams with scores, grades, and class rank (if the school has enabled it).

Pay fees online

1. Go to Fees
2. Click Pay Now on the unpaid invoice
3. Choose your payment method (UPI, card, net banking)
4. Complete the payment
5. Download the receipt

View homework and assignments

The Homework tab shows upcoming and overdue assignments with due dates and teacher notes.

Read announcements

The Announcements tab shows school-wide and class-specific announcements. Click to read the full message or view attachments.

Message the teacher

1. Open your child's profile
2. Click Message Teacher
3. Type your message and send

Mobile app

Scholva has dedicated Android and iOS apps for parents. Search "Scholva" on the app store, log in with your portal credentials, and enable push notifications for the best experience.

Linking multiple children

If you have multiple children at the same school, they should all be linked to your account automatically. If not:

1. Contact the school's admin office
2. They can link additional children from Students → Guardians
