HR and Staff Management
Manage your teaching and non-teaching staff from the HR module.
Adding a staff member
- Go to Staff → Add Staff
- Enter personal details (name, contact, date of joining)
- Choose the role (Teacher, Admin, Accountant, etc.)
- Upload qualification documents
- Click Save
- An invite email is sent automatically
Assigning teachers to classes
- Open the teacher's profile
- Go to the Classes tab
- Click Assign Class
- Choose the class and subject
- Click Save
Staff attendance
Staff attendance is tracked separately from students:
- Go to HR → Attendance
- Mark present/absent for each staff member
- Or integrate with your biometric device for automatic marking
Payroll
- Go to HR → Payroll → Generate
- Choose the month
- Review calculated salaries (basic + allowances − deductions)
- Click Approve to finalize
- Generate pay slips for distribution
