HR and Staff Management


Manage your teaching and non-teaching staff from the HR module.


Adding a staff member


  1. Go to Staff → Add Staff
  2. Enter personal details (name, contact, date of joining)
  3. Choose the role (Teacher, Admin, Accountant, etc.)
  4. Upload qualification documents
  5. Click Save
  6. An invite email is sent automatically


Assigning teachers to classes


  1. Open the teacher's profile
  2. Go to the Classes tab
  3. Click Assign Class
  4. Choose the class and subject
  5. Click Save


Staff attendance


Staff attendance is tracked separately from students:


  1. Go to HR → Attendance
  2. Mark present/absent for each staff member
  3. Or integrate with your biometric device for automatic marking


Payroll


  1. Go to HR → Payroll → Generate
  2. Choose the month
  3. Review calculated salaries (basic + allowances − deductions)
  4. Click Approve to finalize
  5. Generate pay slips for distribution
